Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• A booking deposit of €50 is required to secure your rental.
• This deposit is not an extra fee – it will be deducted from the total rental price you pay.
• At the time of booking, you can choose to:
  1. Pay only the €50 deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of your rental, or
  2. Pay the full rental amount in advance.
• The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel before the rental begins.
• If you have paid the full rental amount and then cancel before the rental begins, we will refund your payment minus the €50 deposit.

Please note, our rental equipment may not be be taken out of the Republic of Ireland.

We have a large range of wheelchair accessible cars, mobility solutions, and accessories for hire from our showroom located just 5 minutes from Dublin Airport.
